1. Get Busy
When you start practising Nofap you notice that most of the time when these urges hit you is when you're idle and have nothing to do.
Keep yourself busy, learn a new skill or a hobby, work on your goals, watch something informative.
2. Unfollow hot models on socials
For a lot of guys, it’s hot models on Instagram. Seeing half-naked women will definitely provoke and trigger you, especially if you’re on the beginner stage of Nofap.
Unfollow all the models, pages, and any content which can trigger you.
3. Meditate
Meditation is an effective way to control urges. Controlling urges on Nofap is just one of the many benefits of meditation.
Make a habit of meditating daily for at least 10 minutes. It’ll calm your mind and you’ll notice that you’re getting fewer urges overall.
4. Do Push-ups whenever urges hit
